Hot House Ceramics

Lesley & Terry Nason are the potters who make up Hot House Ceramics pottery studio and gallery based in Sudbury Courtyard, South Derbyshire.

Lesley creates porcelain wall art, decorative hand built vessels and distinctive jewellery inspired by the fauna and flora of the British countryside. Each image is hand drawn into the soft porcelain and finished with oxide and her own recipe crackle glaze.

Terry creates a range of decorative functional ceramics inspired by the colours, textures and ever-changing moods of the Derbyshire landscape. Layering of glazes adds vibrant colour to the pieces.
